Dry Soda Review

I'm not a huge fan of soda and carbonated drinks, although I do crave them from time to time. I'm always on the lookout for healthy or healthier soda drinks as well.

Dry Soda is better tasting and better for you. It is made from only four all natural ingredients including a minimum amount of pure cane sugar. The result is a less sweet soda that allows its fruit, flower and herbal flavors to shine through. At only 45-70 calories per bottle you can have a worry-free treat. (taken from Dry Soda info)

I was sent a variety case of 7 bottles of Dry Soda. The flavors I received were cucumber, juniper berry, vanilla bean, blood orange, lavender, lemongrass, and rhubarb.

Honestly, when I first saw the flavors names I thought they were a little strange. I wasn't sure if I was going to like them. What I knew instantly is that I loved the glass bottles and the label. The colors were bright and memorable, and I loved how each flavor had a different color.

First of all, I like that these sodas are very lightly sweetened. I dislike very overwhelmingly sweet bubbly carbonated soft drinks that burn your throat when you drink them. This brand is very lightly carbonated, it's extremely subtle but satisying at the same time. There is also a hint of sweetness which I liked. The soda flavors were all very unique and I would have never thought that a flavor like lemongrass or rhubarb could be bottled, but they are! The flavors of each soda are also very subtle, not in your face at all. I liked blood orange and vanilla the best. The flavors were crisp and clean and a nice change from a typical taste of a soda I would say these are very sophisticated drinks. This soda would be perfect for the health-conscious consumer as each bottle of soda has less than 80 calories per bottle! You can enjoy a nice drink without all of the calories.
