Spoonful of Comfort Giveaway

Everyone loves to be thought of.  I really enjoy when my friends or family members text or call me just to say hello and see how I'm doing.  It makes me smile to know that they care. It's important to let your loved ones know how you feel about them.  If you have a friend or relative who is sick, struggling, or just in need of a pick-me-up, it's essential that they know they can lean on you.  If you have someone who you haven't spoken to in a while, pick up the phone today and let them know you've been thinking of them.

Spoonful of Comfort offers homemade chicken noodle soup packages by mail.  The packages contain a ladle, handmade rolls, a 64 oz jar of homemade soup, and your choice of chocolate or oatmeal cookies.  Now that cooler weather is upon us, what better way to surprise Mom or Dad or even a brother or sister with a special soup package? They will be delighted and their stomachs will of course thank you.  Chicken noodle soup is a classic soup that everyone loves, especially when it's chilly out.  Whether you want to send a thoughtful care package to a sick relative, or to your child who's's away at college, the possibilities are endless.  Go ahead and make someone's day today.

You don't think anyone will notice if I take a few bites of the cookies, do you?

October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Take a stand this month and do your part in taking action against this disease.  For a limited time, Spoonful of Comfort is offering their classic care package with festive pink frosted sugar cookies.  Bundles can be customized with special add-on's, including a hand-written note and delivered within 24 hours to ensure freshness.  For every order placed during October, the company will make a donation to the Susan G. Komen organization.

One lucky winner will win a Spoonful of Comfort prize pack including a 64 oz jar of homemade soup, half-dozen rolls, pink frosted sugar cookies, and a ladle to serve up smiles.

  1. I would keep it for myself. Last week I was so sick and would have given anything for a bowl of chicken soup. If I had had this, all would have been right with the world.

  3. I love chicken noodle soup but I think I would send to my sister. She has 5 children under the age of 9 and the only girl is having surgery later this month. She is only three (my niece) . I think she would appreciate it.
