  11. we deal with a lot of rain and it makes wood gray & slippery it also rots the wood quickly if you not use a good sealant like Thompson's Water Seal Chris Ann (treehouse.queen18) (at) (yahoo) (dot) (com)

  44. Until this past year, our deck was overshadowed by 2 large pine trees. The sap and needles took their toll. The trees are gone and now the deck is more visible so it needs a makeover bad!

  45. Because we just added on a handicap ramp a few months ago for my mom and didn't have the money to seal it after buying the lumber. It's completely untreated wood and it worries me.

  47. we have a lot of shade and over hanging trees so green mold & sap gets all over it. It is real hard to clean, this would be a lifesaver because it gets so slippery especially when it rains this would help out sooooo much!
