Diamond Candles Review

I always have candles burning in my house, especially during the holidays. There's something so calm and peaceful about them, and I love to watch them burn. My favorite scents are anything apple, pumpkin, gingerbread, or vanilla. The delicious scent wafts through your house and it's very warm and inviting.

Diamond Candles offers all natural, earth friendly soy candles that each contain a ring worth either $10, $100, $1,000, or $5,000. The candles come in fabulous scents such as strawberry bliss, apple slice, cupcake, carnival candy, cinnamon tea, and many more. Diamond Candles has introduced a Fall line of candles featuring the scents of harvest blend, cinnamon roll, vanilla cream, pumpkin pie, and pumpkin chai. Each candle burns for 125-160 hours and you can even reuse the jars afterwards.

These candles make the absolute perfect gift and they smell fantastic! Why not give them to your child's teacher or your hairdresser for Christmas? They will love them!

I received a pumpkin chai candle for review and it is just absolutely perfect!

I love the pretty wax design on the top of the candle.

I wish this picture was scratch and sniff so you could smell how wonderful the candle truly smells. It smells almost good enough to eat! The candle is burning right now and my living room is filled with the fragrant aroma of pumpkin and chai, all at once. I love the unique addition of chai into a regular Fall favorite scent. When I smell the candle, it reminds me of Thanksgiving, the only thing missing is tons of family and a big Thanksgiving dinner! Pumpkin is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about this season. You can distinguish the scents individually as they burn though, they aren't masked together but have separate identities.

The color of the candle is a gorgeous deep orange that is very festive. The candle comes in a 21 oz glass jar, so it's very large. The glass is sturdy and heavy and the candle is quality made. I like that the jar has a strong lid to protect it. You can even reuse the jars after for craft projects. The outside of the jar has a pretty pumpkin and chai detail etched in white. The candle was very easy to light and I had no trouble with the wick at all. The flame is large and high and burns nicely and evenly.

The very cool thing about this candle that I mentioned before is that there's a ring in each candle worth $10, $100, $1,000 or $5,000. You can't see the ring at all, it's in a small bag that's wrapped in foil and then buried inside the wax.

The candle just starting to burn.

It is a true test of patience though because you're going to wonder what your ring looks like. You have to be patient though because the candle has to burn to a certain point where you can take the ring out. I didn't have to wait as long because my ring was near the top. I waited about an hour until I saw a small fleck of the gold foil peeking out though. Oh of course the anticipation and suspense got to me and I wanted to instantly dig into the candle to retrieve the ring, but I knew better! I blew the candle out and then used tweezers to take it out of the wax. It came out very easily, and then I just had to unwrap it from the foil and take it out of the bag. The only thing I didn't like is how much candle wax I got all over my fingers, but I guess that is to be expected.

Here's my ring! It looks like an engagement ring. It is very pretty though, although it's a bit big on me. I love how sparkly it is and it smells great too! Lol. I don't think it's worth anything, but you never know. It was actually difficult to get a good picture of this ring because it's so sparkly.

I think Diamond Candles is such a fun and creative concept though.

*DISCLOSURE* Thank you to Diamond Candles for providing me with this complimentary candle in exchange for the review. All thoughts and opinions are strictly mind and not based on anything else.

  1. Wow, that is neat. How do you tell which ring you got, though? LOL

  2. I can just tell it's not real by how it's constructed.
