Natural Vines Review and Giveaway

I loooove licorice. Strawberry is my favorite. I love when it's very chewy and sweet, that's the best kind. There's not many types of candy that I prefer besides chocolate, but licorice takes the cake, or should I say candy.

Natural Vines brand licorice comes in traditional black or strawberry-flavored licorice twists packaged in 8 oz. stand-up, gusseted, re-closable bags for retaining freshness.

Some licorice is loaded with non-natural ingredients described by numbers and multiple syllable compounds. Natural Vines brand licorice is made from all-natural flavorings and colors from natural food sources. We use no artificial flavors and no preservatives. So you can have a pure licorice experience.

In addition, Natural Vines brand licorices contains no high fructose corn syrup, trans fat or soy, are cholesterol-free, low-sodium, vegan and made in a nut free facility.

Black Licorice twists: Molasses, wheat flour, sugar, brown rice syrup, cane syrup, caramel color, licorice extract, palm oil, natural anise flavor, salt.

Strawberry Licorice twists: Wheat flour, cane syrup, sugar, brown rice syrup, palm oil, malic acid, natural strawberry flavor, beet juice (a natural color), glycerin, licorice extract.

I love that these candies have no artificial colors or preservatives, and are truly natural. It's very important to me that I don't put a lot of ingredients in my body that are full of added and unnatural things.

I didn't receive a bag of black licorice because I do not like it, but a lot of people do. I really enjoyed this licorice. It wasn't overly sweet, but that is okay and even welcomed because sometimes we want a break from the sugar overload. The candy had a nice subtle strawberry flavor that was not overpowering at all. It had a great amount of chew to it that I loved. I really like the bags packaging, it's fun and festive. Maybe in the future Natural Vines will add some new flavors to its line, I would love to see raspberry and maybe even watermelon!
