Gorton's and Ortega Review and Giveaway

I love getting free product coupons, especially for food. Yes, I like getting the food for free, but I really enjoy having the opportunity to sample food that I wouldn't normally buy.

I was contacted and sent free product coupons for Ortega and Gorton's seafood. I am familiar with these brands, and have seen them in my local supermarket but never purchased them. I went to the supermarket last night with my coupons in hand to purchase these two items.




I purchased Gorton's fried clams and Ortega's whole grain corn taco shells. I made fried clam tacos (complete with lettuce, tomato, a tiny bit of shredded cheese, and taco sauce and seasoning). It was very delicious and an interesting combination I must say. The shells were fresh and crunchy, and the fried clams were fresh and bursting with flavor. Normally I have shredded beef or chicken tacos, but I really enjoyed the clam tacos. I think I will be making my tacos this way from now on! Ortega and Gorton's have many other delicious items to choose from.
