Babies Everywhere Will Love Guava Family's Lotus Travel Crib

As I prepare to welcome my 2nd child in a matter of weeks, I'm already thinking ahead on how to care for two children.  Scarlett will be in camp a few times a week during the summer, but for the majority of the time she'll be home with me.  I'm used to caring for only one child, so I know it's going to be a change when my son comes.  I'll need to have the baby with me at all times while I watch her, and it's always nice to have a portable sleeping option for your little one.

Guava Family's Lotus Travel Crib is more than a travel crib, it's a crib designed to go anywhere and everywhere.  It's light and can be set up in 15 seconds.  Forget traveling with a pack and play that is bulky and large, the Lotus Travel Crib will instantly amaze you.  It can be set up at home, at a friend's house, at the park, or even across the world! The design offers you clean lines, soft textured fabrics, and modern colors.  An added bonus is that the travel crib can be easily converted into a travel backpack or briefcase style bag that can be brought anywhere and is smaller than a carry-on.

Every side of the crib uses mesh from below the mattress all the way to the top panel.  Babies and toddlers will enjoy the plush, insulated foam mattress pad with a water-proof cover that gives your little one all-night comfort.  Since the side door can be zipped and secured closed which allows your child to have their own space to play, laugh, and sleep in.  Parents everywhere will be delighted with the fact that the travel crib is safe and has no lead, no PBE or PBDE flame retardants, and no phthalates.

The mesh is full-side breathable and the crib cover is removable and machine washable for any accidents or spills.  It's time to revolutionize your child's sleep and play experience with Guava Family's Lotus Travel Crib.

When I had Scarlett, I really didn't use a pack and play with her too much.  We had one, but she spent most of her time on the floor playing with me.  I never felt the need to put her in there to get work done around the house or cook, I just did it at nap time.  But obviously your whole world changes with two children, and I'll certainly need to put my baby in a safe spot for him to sleep or play while I get what I need done when Scarlett is home.

The Lotus Travel Crib arrived and I was eager to see it in person.  I couldn't believe how compact it was once I saw it in the carry bag.  An instruction manual came with it to show you how to unpack it as well as how to fold it back up.  Once I had it out of the bag, it was so small! It's so much smaller than a traditional pack and play and will take up hardly any room wherever you keep it.  I had no issues setting it up and the high quality was apparent.  It's a solidly made piece and will surely last for years to come.

I instantly noticed how attractive it was with its stylish grey and black design.  Due to this, it's ideal for both a boy or a girl and can be used interchangeably.  The included mattress is comfortably padded for your little one and you can easily put a sheet on top to make it more cozy.  It's very spacious inside and offers a lot of room for your baby to spread out in.

When the baby is born, we will definitely be using this as a sleeping option for the first few months of life.  I'm envisioning setting it up in our living room or playroom so he can sleep in there while I'm with Scarlett or cooking or cleaning.  I'd rather all of us be in the same room when Scarlett is around then having to go up and down the stairs to tend to him in the crib.  You can easily check on your child by unzipping the mesh side to get to them.  As they get older, they can crawl in or out as they please.

For when the baby is older, I hope to have him play in there with some toys when I need him to not crawl around or get into things.  I'm sure Scarlett will help entertain him too.

Since the travel crib is so portable, I can guarantee we'll be bringing it with us on any future trips, as well as when we drive down to Grandma's house in December.  Don't just think of it for hotels or friend's houses though, it can be brought to the beach, the park, or even back yards too.

The fantastic thing about this product is that it can be used for birth to age 3.  You'll certainly get a lot of use out of it and it will come in handy so much.  It's also so simple to fold back up too.

Once you fold it back up and put it in the travel bag, it can easily be stored in a closet, the garage, a trunk, or even under the bed.  You never know when you'll need it! Just 4 weeks til our baby can use it. I'm sure the time will fly by.

If you're looking for a fantastic sleep/play space for your little one, Guava Family would be an ideal choice for you.
