Diversity on Demand Giveaway

I'm half black. No, it's not a matter of "it goes without saying," even though it's true, but without the history and struggles mentioned during Black History Month, I would never have existed. The changes in our society allowed for my parents to openly marry and have mixed race children and not have it be so taboo or dangerous. It's not just my history, it's every American's history.

Black History Month explores deep into all the hardship that our fellow citizens went through to get where they are today.
