End of Week 1 on Nutrisystem

I am down 4 lbs in one week on Nutrisystem! I am excited about that. I'm not finding myself extremely hungry which is great. I've found favorites during this past week, and foods that I don't like as much.

My goals for next week are another 2 or 3 pounds down and to drink as much water as possible. It's been a little hard for me to drink the required 6-8 glasses a day.

I also want to incorporate more exercise too. I do a lot of walks but I want to step up the cardio.

  1. Great Blog - Congratulations on your achieved goals! I'm glad your finding a way to raech them, I myself am also loosing some weight with exercise and some fantastic weight protein shakes and natural craveblocker bars, called Attain. I can't tell you how wonderful I feel -- I'm sure you can relate. It's a lot easier when you have the support from friends too.   3. Congrats on the weight loss! I know the hardest part for me is the water as well. I'm on Medifast and have the same water intake goals everyday. LOL!
