I was sent one 4 oz ceramic yellow Yum Yum Dish. I have to be honest though, when I first received it I looked at how small it was and had dreams of constant hunger in the near future dancing through my head. I always try to watch my weight and it's hard to see how little of a portion you should be eating, even though you know it's the right thing. This little bowl is a great source of motivation though.
