Wilton.com Review

Wilton is one of my favorite cooking brands. When I think of Wilton, I think of reliability, trustworthy, and durability. I've used their products for years and think they are great. I was very excited when Wilton sent me two cake pans from their new UltraGold line, a cake lifter, and a cyclone whisk.
The products were still in their original wrapping when I took this picture.

I was very impressed with the quality of this cake pan. The cake didn't stick to the bottom of the pan, and the cake came out perfectly cooked. With my other pans, the outside would cook, but the inside would still be raw and mushy and I would have to put it back in the oven. With the ultragold, it was 100% evenly cooked, love it!

Information about the cyclone whisk:
Center spiral adds more air to whip mixes faster and more efficiently. Center spiral is coated in silicone so it is easy to clean. Non-slip handle. Stainless steel tines and dishwasher safe.

I normally use a hand mixer to mix everything I need, but sometimes I will use a whisk to get the job finished. I've never seen a whisk like this before. It's very creatively made and certainly whisks whatever I need super quick!

Cake Lifter:
Perfect for both right hand and left hand bakers! Great for lifting large and heavy cakes. Non-slip handle, durable, easy to clean stainless steel blade. Fine Chisel edge gets under cakes without damage. Dishwasher safe. 8" W x 8" L.

I made a medium sized cake recently and I usually struggle with my oven mitts to get the cake out of the oven without killing myself. This made it very easy and I let it rest and cool on there. I love that it is dishwasher safe and is extremely durable. It picked up a 5-6 pound cake with ease! I've never seen anything like this before. I really like this product.
