I was sent a very pretty Tiffany inspired floating heart necklace. (The last one pictured is the necklace I reviewed.)


I always loved the real Tiffany version of this necklace, so I was excited to have a replica necklace of it. The pendant and necklace is sterling silver and very pretty. The chain is a little bit thin, that's my only complaint. The pendant is on the chain securely and it is very cute and looks nice on. The clasp is easy to open and close too. I would definitely wear this with a pretty top or sweater. I can't wait to see what other beautiful jewelry BeJool has to offer once they launch. Stay tuned!

Drank Beverage Review and Giveaway

I'm always interested in trying the newest and latest beverages. Of course there's some I like, and some I don't.

Drank Beverage is formulated to relax the body, mind and soul, "Drank" contains a combination of Valerian Root, Rose Hips, and Melatonin designed to "slow your roll" after a hectic day. "Drank" is perfect for those who can appreciate extreme relaxation. So grab a Drank and "Slow Your Roll"!

This is a pretty unique drink. There's so many beverages out there designed to give you energy or boost your energy level, but I am not aware of any that relax and calm you down.

I was sent three cans of Drank and a t-shirt.


The first thing I noticed before I even tried the drink was the amount of calories in it. The entire can has 220 calories, which is a lot. I would lower the amount of calories it has because many individuals are calorie-conscious. I like the design of the label on the can, and the purple background is attention-grabbing.

Upon first sip, I notice a refreshing carbonated taste. The taste of the drink itself is very mild, and has a soda-esque taste. I can't differentiate the rosehips and valerian root though. I didn't drink the entire can but I had enough to get an idea of what the drink tastes like. It did actually make me tired soon after consuming it. I think this drink would be great to drink on a lazy Sunday when you don't have much to do, or if you're trying to fall asleep. All in all I think this is a drink that will quickly become popular.

I was sent a Friis 12 oz stainless steel coffee vault canister.

I gave this to my mom as she is a big coffee drinker, while I am not. She was very pleased with this canister. Her kitchen has black and silver appliances in it, and the canister matches perfectly and is attractive. It holds a lot of coffee and she liked that it could hold beans or ground coffee. My mom put coffee beans in hers. The product locks securely and stays closed and tight well. The airtight seal keeps out air and keeps your coffee fresh and delicious. The canister is easy to open and close, and it does both with ease. I like that a six month supply of freshness valves were included too. It looks perfect sitting on her countertop and she couldn't be more pleased. She will never have unfresh coffee again!

I really like this showerhead. The modern look of it is very nice and it looks great in my shower. It was very easy to install and stayed on securely and I had no problems with any water leakage or unsecureness of it at all. The stream of water is strong and the water flows very nicely. I would recommend this showerhead to anyone looking for a low-cost, great showerhead.

My dog really enjoys this toy. At first she was a little apprehensive because of the wacky noise and the the fact that the ball lit up. Eventually she came to her senses and realized this ball was nothing but fun! I will bounce it for her and she will catch it in her mouth. The ball is sort of a rubbery plastic and Colby likes to slightly chew it, but she is gentle enough with it. The quality of the lights and sound is very good. I am not sure how to replace the battery once it dies, but I'm sure I could figure it out by opening the ball. It's funny to hear her playing with it because you could be sitting in silence using the computer and all of a sudden you hear the noise of the ball and it startles you. I am glad that Colby is enjoying the ball. I feel that any dog no matter their age would enjoy playing with this fun toy!

I'm a huge lover of cheese. Grilled cheese, pizza, cheese on crackers.. I don't discriminate on how I consume cheese. I love it all! My favorites are munster, cheddar, and peccorino.

I was sent a great string cheese package of four flavors. I received reduced sodium string cheese and mild cheddar, and reduced fat sharp cheddar and colby jack.


I am extremely happy that these cheese sticks are health conscious. I try to watch my weight year round, but especially around the holidays. All of the delicious baked goods are so tempting, it's hard to be good. A lot of people may think that since the cheese is reduced fat or sodium it might not taste as good as regular cheese. This is not the case at all, and it's important to be health-conscious. You can still enjoy your cheese, but with a lower calorie, fat, and sodium portion. That's a win-win!

The string cheese is a great quick snack for work, school, or on the go. I've been enjoying string cheese for years. The cheese sticks were delicious, with my favorites being Colby Jack and Sharp Cheddar. The sticks were sturdy and had a great chew to them. The flavors were rich and prevalent and just utterly delicious. This would be a great healthy alternative in a lunch alongside a sandwich and a piece of fruit. Thanks, Sargento!

There is nothing that I love more than brownies. I love a brownie that is fudgy, full of chocolate chips, and really moist and delicious. There is NOTHING better than that!

The Protein Bakery is a fantastic bakery that specializes in delicious all natural, preservative and wheat free, protein rich, reduced carbohydrate cookies, brownies, and blondies. Their baked goods are out of this world delicious and chock full of fabulous flavor. A brownie from the Protein Bakery will satisfy your sweet tooth for a week!

I was sent a great assortment of goodies to try. I received chocolate chocolate chip cookies, a gigantic trail mix cookie, and pumpkin chocolate chip walnut cookies which are very unique. I received very large and thick brownies in the flavors of black and white, wicked mint (YUM), and peanut butter. I received a black and white blondie too. It was very hard for me to control myself and I had to have a taste right away!



The brownies are so decadent and have rich looking chips on the tops of them. I wanted to try something that I've never had before, so I settled for the pumpkin chocolate chip walnut cookies. Before I even tried them, I noticed that they were very dense and I was sure that they packed a ton of flavor. They smelled amazing. I took a bite and it was pure bliss. The cookie was so moist and sweet, it was absolutely perfect. The combination of the walnut, chocolate, and pumpkin was excellent. The pumpkin flavor was not overwhelming at all. Not everyone is a fan of pumpkin, and they may be hesitant to try. Trust me, the flavor of the pumpkin is subtle, but still slightly noticeable. I noticed the chocolate from first bite. The slight crunch of the walnut is fabulous. Overall, the cookie was beyond excellent and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have not tried the other cookies or brownies yet, but I know I will soon enough. They will be calling my name soon enough from the kitchen! :)

Any baked goodies from this bakery would make an excellent gift for anyone for a birthday or holiday gift. Everyone loves sweets, and you can't go wrong with giving them as a gift.

I was sent an adorable water bottle with peace signs on it.


This is a great water bottle. The stainless steel design of it is very attractive and modern, and the peace signs are cute and fun. I love that it's leak proof so if you take it in the car or travel with it, it won't spill all over. You can take this bottle to the pool, to the gym, the park, and much more. The versatility of the bottle is perfect because you can put lemonade in it in the summer, and hot apple cider in it in the winter. It keeps cold beverages cold, and hot beverages hot. The water bottle is dishwasher safe and the graphics on the bottle stay on strong throughout repeated washings. I've had water bottles before were the graphics would chip or peel after one use and it was frustrating.

The bottle is easy to drink from and the cap opens and closes with ease. The fact that it's safe and has no chemicals in it is worth it in itself. Overall, I am very satisfied with the water bottle. It is durable and built to last, and I look forward to using it for months to come.

I am a huge fan of seafood. Crabs, shrimp, oysters, mussels? I'll gobble them all up happily. I am not one to turn down seafood, and I am always up for trying different ways they are prepared.

I was sent 6 boxes of crabcakes which contained 2 crabcakes each. I made them for dinner tonight.


I popped them into the oven and anxiously awaited my kitchen timer to ding, signaling that the cakes were done. Once I heard the beautiful sound of the kitchen timer, I knew it was time to dig in. This is a picture of the cakes fresh out of the oven. Mm, can you smell and taste them now?


These cakes are beautiful and large. I've never seen a crab cake that wasn't breaded before, so this was unusual for me. I love that you can see the luscious chunks of crab in each cake. Once I bit into the soft cake that I put on a bread roll, it was heaven. There was barely any "cake" which I really loved. It wasn't a lot of fluff, just mouth-watering chunks of crab. The cakes were moist, juicy, and warm from being in the oven. They were delicious and probably one of the best crab cakes I've ever had in my life. These were gluten free, but I didn't notice a real taste difference at all. The flavor of the crab was fresh and excellent. My boyfriend and I loved them!

Musselman's Review

Apple sauce is a very healthy snack. Most think that it's targeted for kids, but really any age can enjoy a nice cup of apple sauce. I recently learned that you can substitute apple sauce instead of vegetable oil in baking for a healthier approach.

Musselman's is known for their delicious apple products. Apple cider, apple juice, apple butter and apple sauce are what they create best. Their products are made with love, dedication, and customer satisfication in mind.

I was sent a 48 oz jar of apple sauce and a great cookbook called "Substitute Yourself Skinny" by Chef Susan Irby. The cookbook is geared towards making simple subsitutions in food that cut the calories, but keep all of the flavor of the food.



The jar of apple sauce is huge! It will take me a long time to finish it. What I first noticed is that the apple sauce is natural, unsweetened, and doesn't have any added sugar to it. I've never seen or tasted unsweetened apple sauce so I knew this would be different. I had a small bowl of it and I immediately noticed the lack of sweetness in the sauce. Even though we all have a sweet tooth from time to time, it's good to have a break from the sugar overload every now and again. The apple sauce was very creamy and you could taste the grains of the apple in it. It has a very mild apple flavor, nothing too overpowering. This would be a great, healthy dessert to have with some fresh fruit.

I also received a very helpful chart on how to substitute apple sauce instead of vegetable oil for baking. It told me the different measurements for substitution for muffins, breads, cakes, brownies, etc. I stuck it on my fridge and I will without a doubt be using the apple sauce instead of vegetable oil the next time I bake. I try to cut calories wherever I can and this will great to have!

The cookbook is awesome, I really love it. It contains 175 super-slimming recipes that are short on calories, but big on taste. It has little tips and secrets on ingredient substiutions. The book is all about enjoying your favorite foods but adding low-cal and low-fat ingredients to make it a little bit healthier. I was flipping through it and it looks truly wonderful. I definitely can see myself making some recipes from it. Who doesn't want to eat whatever they love but in a healthier way?

I think the different Chakra messages on the tees are inspirational and important. Overall, I am happy with this shirt.

Ferrero Rocher Review and Giveaway

When I think of Ferrero Rocher, the holidays instantly come to mind. They are notorious for being a holiday treat and they are a delicious candy that brings families together.

Ferrero Rocher is a spherical chocolate made by Italian chocolatier Ferrero SpA, the producer of Tic Tac and Nutella. The chocolates consist of a whole roasted hazelnut encased in a thin wafer shell filled with hazelnut cream and covered in milk chocolate and chopped hazelnuts and walnuts. The candies are individually packaged inside a gold-colored wrapper. Rocher comes from French and means "rock".

I was sent a beautiful 24 piece box of candies. I love that each section of the candy is in a different colored wrapper, it's so festive. The box that I reviewed is on top of the box with the yellow bow. Isn't that Ferrero tree gorgeous too?


These candies are heavenly. When you bite into them, you get a taste of the crunchy chocolate outside. The chocolate is fresh and rich and just excellent. The crunch of the hazelnuts is addictive and leaves you wanting more. The hazelnuts themselves have a great nutty flavor. The next taste you discover is the thin wafer shell followed by the hazelnut cream which is luscious and melt in your mouth delicious. The cream is sweet and smooth and beyond description. I love crunchy candies so the big crunch that this candy provides is outstanding! Ferrero does a great job of making sure that each taste of the candy is balanced and doesn't all mesh together when you eat it. Each part of the candy has its own distinct flavor that is recognizable once eaten. I highly recommend these candies as they are truly fabulous.

These candies would be perfect to serve on your coffee table for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day dinner.

Ferrero Rocher actually hosted an event on December 6, where Olympic figure-skating gold medalist Evan Lysacek unveiled his debut designed gown for charity. Mentor and supporting friend, Vera Wang was in attendance as well. The gown and autographed skates are up for auction to bid on and win in December, also benefitting Habitat for Humanity. I used this tonight to cook up some frozen vegetables for a stir fry. Here's my veggies, cookin' away.


It was really easy. I preheated the unit for 30 seconds, set the temperature to 400 degrees and turned on the stir mechanism. I put in oil and garlic, then added vegetables and seasoning, and put the lid on. I set the timer and walked away. I cooked the veggies for about 4 and a half minutes. The timer went off and I walked back into the kitchen. I looked at the veggies and could not believe that a machine could cook something without me doing ANYTHING!!! All I did was put the food in it! I was amazed. They were cooked completely and evenly and smelled delicious. They were steaming hot and so very fresh. I love that the paddle stirred them for me while I prepared the rest of my dinner. The Chef's Stir Pan is like having an extra set of hands in the kitchen!

I could definitely see myself using this on a daily basis for so many things. I highly recommend this to others. I also really like that the unit has a setting to keep your food warm, so if you're not ready to serve it as soon as it's done, no worries! I've never had a kitchen appliance as helpful as this!

You should see my bathroom. Every few months or so I have to clean out from underneath my sink because I have way too many lotions and scrubs and face masks, etc. I really love skincare and it's hard for me to resist a good deal, and also equally as hard to not buy something that looks good to me. I love trying new skincare products because I find new favorites and ones that work great for me.

I was sent a great assortment of products. I received a bottle of facial moisture lotion, facial cleansing lotion, body moisture lotion, shower and bath gel, and a jar of creme hydratante intensive. I really love the look of these bottles, they are modern but still simple and clean at the same time.


I really enjoy these products and have been using them on a daily basis since I received them in the mail. I use the facial moisture lotion in the mornings before I go out to hydrate my face from the harsh cold weather. It keeps my face from being dry and gives it that moisture that it needs. The lotion doesn't leave that greasy feeling on my hands and face after I use it. It rubs in well and my face feels very soft after.

The facial cleansing lotion is also a product that I use every morning and every night. It really makes my skin feel refreshed and very clean. I know that when I use this product that my skin is cleansed properly and free of dirt and impurities. It is non-greasy and doesn't leave any residue.

The body moisture lotion is a wonderful product. I use it on my hands and feet to ward off any dry skin that the cold weather may unkindly provide. This product works wonders in helping me and I really love it. My hands and feet have not been more hydrated in such a long time! I know I will turn to this product probably daily come winter time.

I've actually only used the shower gel once since it arrived. It has a nice subtle smell to it. It provides a nice lather that foams up well.

Finally, the jar of creme hydratante intensive is the only product that I haven't yet used. Since I've enjoyed using all of the other products, I'm sure I will love this one too.

These items would make great gifts for Christmas for that member of your family who has everything, or for the friend who you aren't sure what to buy for. You cannot go wrong with skincare as everyone needs to take care of their skin.

I love trying new foods, it's fun to see what you like and don't like. I am ALWAYS up for trying new snacks though! :)

Newman's Own Organics was established as a division of Newman’s Own in 1993, and became a separate company in late 2001. Paul Newman has given over $200 million to thousands of charities worldwide since 1982.

Newman's is such a recognizable brand and the packaging is very distinctive because it features Nell and Pa Newman.

I was sent a wonderful assortment of snacks. I received a bag of peanut butter cups, 2 bars of plain milk chocolate, Fig Newman cookies, a bag of chocolate alphabet cookies, a huge bottle of olive oil, a bag of pretzels, some royal tea, and a box of microwave popcorn.


I love that the bottle of olive oil is so huge because I cook with it so often, so it's nice that I have a back up bottle when mine eventually runs out. It will last me a while. I also liked that I was sent a large box of tea because I drink tea on a regular basis.

I haven't tried all the snacks yet but I did try the pretzels, the alphabet cookies, and some of the peanut butter cups. The pretzels had a great crunchy flavor with just a hint of saltiness. I love really crunchy pretzels, so these were right up my ally. The peanut butter cups were so delicious. Smooth, creamy peanut butter mixed with sweet chocolate. How can you go wrong? It's impossible. They were outstanding! The alphabet cookies were good too. They had sort of a graham cracker taste to them, but with chocolate instead of the graham. The chocolate was more subtle in this cookie, but still extremely pleasant. I love that Newman's Own sent me so many chocolate products, they know I have a big sweet tooth! I can't wait to try out the rest of the products. I know I will love them.

I love that these candies have no artificial colors or preservatives, and are truly natural. It's very important to me that I don't put a lot of ingredients in my body that are full of added and unnatural things.

I was sent a bag of Strawberry Natural Vines for review:


I didn't receive a bag of black licorice because I do not like it, but a lot of people do. I really enjoyed this licorice. It wasn't overly sweet, but that is okay and even welcomed because sometimes we want a break from the sugar overload. The candy had a nice subtle strawberry flavor that was not overpowering at all. It had a great amount of chew to it that I loved. I really like the bags packaging, it's fun and festive. Maybe in the future Natural Vines will add some new flavors to its line, I would love to see raspberry and maybe even watermelon!
